RE: Test suite ready for your VC-JOSE-COSE testing pleasure

During today's working group call, Ivan let us know that, for VC-JOSE-COSE to progress to recommendation in parallel with the other specs, we have to have demonstrated a second implementation in the test suite by ONE WEEK FROM TODAY during our meeting on Wednesday, February 26th.

PLEASE ADD YOUR IMPLEMENTATIONS to the test suite ASAP.

I'm pleased to announce that the VC-JOSE-COSE test suite is now ready for you to use to test your implementations.  Instructions for adding your implementation are at https://github.com/w3c/vc-jose-cose-test-suite?tab=readme-ov-file#adding-implementations.  Please add your implementation and test!

As a reminder, we need to demonstrate two implementations of all features to advance the specification to Proposed Recommendation (PR).

Please raise issues at https://github.com/w3c/vc-jose-cose-test-suite/issues if you encounter any problems.
