VC v2 examples on the VC Playground

Hi all,

If you're a regular visitor to https://vcplayground.org/ you may have
noticed we've added a few VC v2 examples in the last couple weeks. We'll be
rolling out more in the coming weeks, but I wanted to let everyone know
that the following four credentials are ready to use today:
- Employment Authorization Document
- Certificate of Naturalization
- Permanent Resident
- Movie Ticket

You can use the "cog"/setting menu to select various issuers and
cryptosuites, and we're always looking for more compliant issuers and
verifiers to add to that list.

In the Verifier section of the Playground, you'll also find a selective
disclosure query is available for the Permanent Resident card.

Also, these example credentials are available in the
https://github.com/credential-handler/vc-examples repo.

Please reach out if you'd like to add your issuer, verifier, or VC API
workflow service to the VC Playground with support for these examples and
I'll be happy to help.
