Two comments on the draft proposal: 1. You do not have to include a remark on echidna. We have a generic resolution for the WG for all our publications. 2. I have questions about the timing of the resolution. Such a resolution means triggering a transition request to the W3C management, and that request includes a reference to the document, usually in its final state. This means that the document should not significantly change from that point on until its official publication. Do you mean to say that the document, today, is in a state whereby no change will happen any more until the 30th?
