Before I forget, a shout out to the following people and organizations that made this happen! It took over a year of software development and community coordination to get here. First, thank you to each of the implementers and companies, in alphabetical order, for participating in VC interoperability testing over the last year (through JFF Plugfest 3 and integration of implementations with canivc.com): API Catalog, Aviary Tech, Bovine, Danube Tech, Energy Web Foundation, Gobekli, Grotto Networking, Gen Digital, GS1, iDatafy, ID Lab, IQ4, Jobspeaker, Learning Economy Foundation, Lehner Studios, Lifequipt, Mavennet Systems, Spruce, RANDA Solutions / Level Data, Territorium, and Trinsic None of us would have been able to demonstrate interoperability without a few key individuals: Andrew Jones and Tashi Gyeltshen, for writing the vast majority of the testing infrastructure with growing support from Tyler Minard to ensure all the tests line up with the specifications. James Easter and Benjamin Young, who put together the canivc.com site after hundreds of hours of effort performing interviews and then translating those interviews, and the community's desires, into the feature set that exists on the website today. ... and last but not least, the National Science Foundation, which directly funded this work, as well as the organizations that have funded interoperability testing over the years including Jobs For the Future, the National Association of Convenience Stores, the US Department of Homeland Security (SVIP, USCIS, and S&T), and TruAge. Our deepest thanks and appreciation for everyone involved above, as well as those of you that participated in smaller but significant ways; this is a community effort and it took a village to stand it up! -- manu -- Manu Sporny - https://www.linkedin.com/in/manusporny/ Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. https://www.digitalbazaar.com/
