I will note that the majority of your change requests are editorial in nature (and seem to be perfectly fine to make). When you raise the issue, please raise all editorial issues in ONE issue instead of one issue per editorial suggestion. I expect that most of the issues can be addressed in a single PR. There are some issues that you are raising, such as the one about "w3id.org", which the WG has discussed before and come to consensus on. There are others that seem to be re-raising questions around JSON-LD; those should be different issues.
