Chairs, can we add the Liason statement and request from GSMA to the
VCWG Agenda over the next two days? After reading it, it is an
official request for liaison and (I believe) requires a formal
response from the VCWG (since both GSMA and W3C are globally
recognized SDOs).

There is a very concrete ask in the statement, and given that this is
a large standardization body for the EU, we need to review and
formulate a response. They're letting us know that they would like us
to prioritize the work on BBS+ and are requesting an ETA on that work.

I don't know if the previous selective disclosure item from the folks
involved in the ARF falls into the same category. In any case, 15
minutes to discuss the GSMA request would communicate that we're
taking their request seriously.
