I would be against these proposals until we actually see the text that's produced and actual updated documents. I don't see the need to push this before we actually see the text and agree upon that. Played in the pork

It would be good for the WG to record a resolution to "publish both
documents once all 'before CR' issues and PRs have been processed".
This will allow us to give W3M and the publication team a heads-up on
publishing so it's not a last-minute rush before the holidays. This is
a request to the Chair to put the following (or similar) proposed
resolution to the group:

PROPOSAL: Publish the VC Specifications Directory
(https://w3c.github.io/vc-specs-dir/NOTE/2023-12-21/) as a NOTE with a
target publication date of 2023-12-21, and a shortname of vc-specs,
after all "before CR" issues have been addressed on the Verifiable
Credentials Data Model v2.0 specification.

PROPOSAL: Publish the Verifiable Credentials Data Model v2.0
(https://w3c.github.io/vc-data-model/CR/2023-12-21/) specification as
a Candidate Recommendation with a target publication date of
2023-12-21 after all "before CR" issues have been addressed.
