[Minutes] VC WG F2F meeting at TPAC '22

As was to be expected, there are some guests whose name I did not recognize or found, and  I left the nicknames. Furthermore, the minutes were really long and sometimes difficult to clean up, so I surely made some mistakes; any change proposals are welcome…
