VC2WG Relationship of Specification Deliverables

Hey folks,

Looking forward to the kick-off call in 30-ish minutes!

I don't expect that we'll get to cover how all of the specifications we're
supposed to be delivering per the charter are related today, but I took a stab
at outlining how all of the specifications could be organized in a diagram
(attached).

Food for thought for the upcoming VC2WG meetings.
