Per resolutions made on the last VCWG call[1][2], I have prepared the final Verifiable Credentials Data Model v1.1 specification for publication as an official W3C Recommendation. The date-stamped version is available here: https://w3c.github.io/vc-data-model/REC/2022-03-03/ The document has been HTML, CSS, and link-checked and is ready to be moved into its final location among the W3C Technical Reports.
