Problem: The current Verifiable Credentials Ecosystem diagram contains a role called “Identifier Registry”. Over time, other registries have been identified that play a role in the issuing and verification of Verifiable Credentials. For example, in the Sovrin ecosystem, cryptographic schemas are published and used in the verification process. Solution: In order to acknowledge that other registries may be used when verifying a Verifiable Credential, it has been suggested that the "Identifier Registry" label in the ecosystem diagram needs to change. The options that are going to be used in the Instant Run-off vote starting this Thursday and ending next Tuesday are here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dCPGKiW9uqVd1X_Ye6BCFt4qzRRGjPNfTuYEQKIZk6k/edit# If you would like to add more options (or comment on pros/cons) before the poll opens on Thursday, please add them to the document above. -- manu -- Manu Sporny (skype: msporny, twitter: manusporny) Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. blog: Veres One Decentralized Identifier Blockchain Launches https://tinyurl.com/veres-one-launches
