[ZKP] Topic call scheduled for 26 Nov, 11 am EST

I closed the ZKP Doodle poll yesterday as planned.  The best option seems
to be Monday, 26 Nov, 11 am - noon EST (1600-1700 UTC).

I will ask Kaz to schedule a WebEx.

We will use the standard #vcwg channel in IRC, and someone will take
minutes.
At least the final 10 minutes will be focused exclusively on drawing
conclusions (if possible) and defining next steps (required).
