TPAC 2018 meeting planning - input needed

The chairs need to request space at TPAC this fall:

If you would prefer to avoid conflicts with any other W3C Working Groups,
please let the chairs know.  We will do our best to avoid the largest
number of conflicts but of course cannot guarantee there won't be any.
