We have to provide front desk of the building with a list of names of who is attending. Please let the chairs know if you will be attending. The 15th floor is a locked floor so only ETS staff that works there have an elevator badge. Everyone else has to sign up with security downstairs and get escorted up.
A local ETS staff person will facilitate getting you all in and access to the meeting room and the restrooms as well as out and back for the lunch break if needed (we will look at both catering and a short walk option for lunch).
ETS will make arrangements for lunch and will cover the cost. Let us (Barbette and Juan on the cc line) know if you have any dietary restrictions.
I am working with Digital Bizarre on their offer to support some light snacks and refreshments for the morning and during the meeting. More on that later.
There is also a coffee place on the ground floor of this building as I think all SF buildings are required to have by law...
