I have experience as a medical device entrepreneur, HIPAA expert, and MD. Can someone point me to the current relevant use-case(s) as they stand or should be created? I can think of: a) a lab doing an HIV test claim to be accessed in a dating service situation b) a physician writing a controlled substance prescription claim to be picked up by a family member c) a patient's ECG implant sending waveform claims to one or more monitoring services d) a pharmaceutical company issuing a coupon via an MD to defray the patient's out-of-pocket cost e) an MD acting as certificate authority on the ID of a patient in a health information exchange network for data aggregation purposes f) an MD acting as certificate authority on the credentials of a fellow MD for DEA or pharmacy as inspectors I'll stop there.
