Group, In today's VCWG call [1] we took a brief in-call poll to determine which options would be included on the instant run-off voting poll that Manu has been assembling. Most of the decisions on what to include were made during the call, but the ROLE_C votes were a bit close. Manu and the chairs (thanks Matt!) tallied the in-call responses for ROLE_C, [2] and based on the results have selected the following options to be on the poll: ROLE_A: Subject ROLE_B: Issuer, Authority, Author, Signatory ROLE_C: Holder, Presenter, Asserter, Claimant, Sharer, Subject's Agent, Prover, Mediator ROLE_D: Inspector, Evaluator, Verifier, Consumer, Relying Party Other than the concern with this approach that Ted already raised on the call, does anyone have any objections against this set being the set that will be used for the Instant Run-Off Vote (IRV)? If no objections are raised by 5 pm PT / 8 pm ET, the chairs will open the IRV poll. -- dan (for the chairs) [1] https://www.w3.org/2017/06/27-vcwg-minutes.html [2] https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17EGPs3YXBmzTjFogGwafloDyiK5GN0iXyWD41sDo9Jw/edit#gid=0
