How can we correct the draft before ratification?

For certain --

   a/ChristopherA/TallTed

-- should be --

   s/ChristopherA/TallTed

The unattributed "did I get that right?" should be struck,
and the following two "scribe:" lines should be "TallTed:".

There are a few other spots where "scribe" is now seen as
the speaker. I think those IRC lines should probably have 
been started with "..." but I'm not certain.
