Request to review new Verifiable Claims spec introduction

This is a request to review the new introductory section (Section #1) of
the Verifiable Claims spec (note images won't be visible because of a
bug in htmlpreview.github.io):

It's far from perfect, but what I think we're going for here is "good
enough for a FPWD". I didn't touch the Data Model section at all, and
just updated the titles of the "representations" sections. I also tried
to not introduce any new concepts that may be controversial and only
made editorial changes to the existing prose to align it with the
current definitions used by the group. Much of the new content
(diagrams, prose) comes from the documents that we created during the
Verifiable Claims Task Force for the W3C member vote... so that new
content shouldn't be surprising either.
