Verifiable Claims Use Cases

Hello,

I note that in your descriptions and use cases for Verifiable Claims, you do not include claims of ownership of assets (e.g. property).  

Is this deliberate, and if so, do you see claims of ownership of assets being out of scope for your working group, or recorded in another way?
