KeithR to initiate work on outreach for DCCI, starting with an email.
The aim is to position DCCI with respect to other APIs including the
idea that DCCI complements narrowly focused APIs and to explain how.
We will need to identity the target audience and the best means to
achieve our goals, e.g. a primer or brochure.
