Hi all, As per the roadmap defined in [1] I've been working on a new version of the Delivery Context Ontology. The results are the attached .zip file which contains the .owl, .pprj and the HTML document. The document has been generated with specgen and it is likely that finally we will generate it with the Protege Plugin developed by Rhys. The major changes are: + Location support based on Java Location API + Java characteristics (basic) + Basic audio and video characateristics (mainly formats) + Basic Push characteristics + New characteristics for the WebBrowser (markups, supported APIs ...) + New characteristics for the network aspect of the delivery context + Generalization of the vendor, model, version and name (only one property which apply to different classes) + Two new annotation properties: relatedUAProfEntity and relatedW3CCoreVocProperty, that are intended to the mappings between the ontology and UAProf and the DD Core Vocabulary + It has been dropped the alternateNames thing and related stuff, as it was a maintenance nightmare with no value Of course this is material to be discussed in the next telcos and meetings. Also comments from the OMA are expected. We would need more input from the rest of the group. Unfortunately the documentation could not be very readable, so I would suggest to use Protege and see the example instances as a way to figure out how the new version works. We are still working on the units issue trying to find, if possible, a better proposal than the current Thank you and Best Regards PD: Dave I would be very grateful if you could upload this version to the UWA editor's draft space [1] http://www.w3.org/2007/uwa/wiki/DeliveryContextOntology-Roadmap
