At the moment the conformance says that DCCI implementations may raise NOT_SUPPORTED_ERR when an attempt is made to insert a non DCCI node into the DCCI DOM. Surely this should be mandatory? We've said elsewhere that NodeLists returned from the DCCI DOM are always DCIProperty nodes.

Should this be must?
