At the moment there are two paragraphs in the conformance section that describe event groups. These are not normative statements. They are interesting but should not be in the conformance section. They are a fairly general description of the use of event groups in DOM 3. Arguably, they are not needed. Should they be removed? Should there be a DOM 3-specific discussion on this topic?
