Thank you for your thoughtful comments. I look forward to discussing 
them with the working group.  You have highlighted some issues that UAWG 
has discussed and addressed at length, and we will work with you in 
greater detail to insure that they are appropriately clarified and 
addressed.

We also see some areas in your comments that might be based on a 
misunderstanding and look forward to the opportunity to clarify those.

We appreciate the time you spent commenting and anticipate a more 
detailed discussion as the working group addresses your comments.
