Hi everyone, W3C are currently planning the logistics for TPAC 2016, so want to know our plans for meeting. We need to give an answer by end of Friday 15th April, and I've been discussing this with Bin, Kaz, and Francois. Community groups are invited to meet [1], but as the TV Control WG charter is still under review, and we hope to hear the outcome soon, I think we should suggest to have a dedicated whole-day meeting for the WG. If the TV Control CG also continues work, as we've previously discussed [2], then this day could include a joint WG/CG session. We are thinking of suggesting to meet on the Tuesday, assuming the Web & TV IG meets on the Monday. We could also give an update during the Web & TV IG meeting, as Sean did last year. What are your thoughts or suggestions?
