I think that it should take time to get implement experiments and develop test cases on CR. In addition, our activities would slow down due to summer vacations anyway. It should better for us to set the target that CR is published in June.

Shall we change from "CR Q3 2016" to  "CR Q2 1016"  ?

Hello all,

How are you? Congratulations to everyone for your great work of completing current TV Control API Specification in our CG.

There was discussion and proposal regarding moving our CG into a W3C Working Group so that our great work can be in the formal W3C standards track to become W3C Recommendation eventually.

After discussing with W3C team, and suggestion from different parties, a very initial WG Charter was drafted [1].

I am sharing it with everyone, and looking forward to your review, comments and suggestions. Ideally, your feedback can be received by Dec 7th so that we can discuss it in our regular conference call on Dec 8th.
