Hi Sean,

Many thanks for the updates.  I have one minor comment about the new interfaces in the API spec: I suggest renaming TVRecorder to TVRecording (and similar name changes to the methods, such as addRecording, removeRecording, getRecordings) as, for me, the word Recording refers to the action of recording, as well as the recorded content, whereas Recorder refers more to the device or implementation.

I'll try to look at the comments about timeshift and recording in your previous email, as well as take a closer look at the API changes ahead of our next phone conference.

I just updated our ED spec to support recording [1][2][3][4] and time shifting [5] based on some of Paul's analysis in [6]. The progress measurement is also updated for recent changes (triggered interactive overlay, recording, time shifting, etc.) [7] However, there are still couple recording items which haven't been supported yet due to some concerns I've stated in [8].

Please feel free to chime in with your comments/concerns/questions.
