Minutes of Today's Teleconference

Hello team,

Here is the minutes [1] of today's teleconfenrece. Many thanks to Chris and Francois for taking the minutes, and to Kaz for support.

As we agreed in the conference call, the conference call on Dec 23rd Tuesday is cancelled to observe the Christmas holidays. We will resume our regular meeting on Jan 20th.
