Hi Silvia,

Yes, I believe it's effectively owned by the TTWG, but this serves as a
chance to formalize the ownership transfer. I'm not sure that the TTCG is
active anymore, and there was a separate question on whether the TTCG
should be shut down, due to inactivity, in the TTWG call yesterday.
