{BBC Announcement} new open source ttml validator project for DAPT and the BBC Subtitle Guidelines requirements

BBC has now open-sourced the bbc/ttml-validator<https://github.com/bbc/ttml-validator> implementation. Introduction and links at https://www.bbc.co.uk/opensource/projects/project/ttml-validator


It is a utility to read a file and check against a set of requirements to see if it is valid IMSC Text and EBU-TT-D according to the BBC Subtitle Guidelines, and if not, to list the errors. It can also check for DAPT validity.
