FW: [TPAC 2025] Reminder of Call for TPAC 2025 Breakout Sessions (before 22 October)

In the past we’ve considered topics like:

  *   Text tracks in MSE
  *   Dissemination of information around DAPT, and what best practices for usage could be
  *   Many others!

If you have anything you’d like to discuss in a semi-formal way, open to all at TPAC, I’d recommend making a breakout session proposal.

Dear Chairs,

TPAC 2025 [1] is only about 8 weeks away! If you plan to propose a breakout session, please take a moment to do so and help generate momentum for the week's agenda. We would like to receive most breakout session proposals no later than 22 October so that we may reduce the risk of conflicts as we allocate them to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday breakout slots. We expect to use the Thursday breakout slot for session proposals we receive once TPAC is underway.

Upcoming schedule:
·         22 October: Deadline for breakout session proposals to be scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
·         3 November: Announcement of stable breakout calendar. Room name and Zoom information will be available in the TPAC breakout calendar
·         5 November: Announcement with reminder of key actions during your session
·         10-12 November: Breakout sessions proposed before TPAC
·         13 November: Breakout sessions proposed during TPAC
