Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish IMSC Text Profile 1.3 as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD)

As discussed in yesterday’s call<https://www.w3.org/2025/06/19-tt-minutes.html#0a98>, now that w3c/imsc#603<https://github.com/w3c/imsc/pull/603> has been merged, we are ready to propose publication of IMSC Text Profile 1.3 as a First Public Working Draft. The editor’s draft showing the basis for the document that would be published is available at  https://w3c.github.io/imsc/imsc1/spec/ttml-ww-profiles.html

PROPOSAL: Publish IMSC Text Profile 1.3 as a First Public Working Draft


Please indicate your disposition (agree, disagree etc) to this proposal as soon as you can.


The review period for this CfC is 2 weeks as per our decision policy. If there are no objections then I will log this as a WG Decision on or after 2025-07-04.
