nigelmegitt has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/imsc: == Note on itts:forcedDisplay and `<br>` elements makes no sense == The note about `itts:forcedDisplay` applying to `<br>` elements is a bit bizarre. Current text: Specification: >The `itts:forcedDisplay` attribute has no effect on content layout or composition, but merely determines whether composed content is visible or not. Then later, note: >Although `itts:forcedDisplay`, like all the TTML style attributes, has no defined semantics on a `br` content element, `itts:forcedDisplay` will apply to a `br` content element if it is either defined on an ancestor content element of the `br` content element or it is applied to a region element corresponding to a region that the `br` content element is being flowed into. Since the only purpose of a `<br>` element is to affect layout, the note doesn't make any sense. The layout is by definition unaffected by `itts:forcedDisplay` - moreover, the note even says "has no defined semantics": in that case, what does it mean to apply it? Suggest removing the note.
