[DAPT] Editorial Pull Requests on DAPT merged early

DAPT update – mostly for information, but reviews of open pull requests very much welcome!

I merged the following editorial pull requests into DAPT earlier than the 2 week review period based on one approval and the fact that they are purely editorial, and I rebased the CRS branch to include the changes:

  * #275<https://github.com/w3c/dapt/pull/275> Issue 0274 xml id editorial improvements
  * #277<https://github.com/w3c/dapt/pull/277> Improve Script Represents in AD examples

They are fairly simple changes, but if you do spot any problems with them please open a new issue on the repository.

There are 2 further open pull requests, aside from the CRS preparation one #269<https://github.com/w3c/dapt/pull/269>:

  * #273<https://github.com/w3c/dapt/pull/273> Add an XSD – awaiting at least one positive review
  * #278<https://github.com/w3c/dapt/pull/278> Add daptm:descType feature and permit user-defined values – this is a substantive change to fix something we missed previously, and the 2 week review period ends on December 20th

It is unclear to me if the CRS will be published before or after December 20th. I suspect the easiest path is to wait until #278 is merged before updating the CRS and then publishing, rather than cycling around another CR publication very soon after the first one. I do expect there to be at least one more CR version before PR though, whatever happens.
