All, Chairs have been asked to fill in a survey about TPAC 2022, by 2022-03-28. The questions we’re being asked to answer are: * Assuming we have TPAC in Vancouver, how likely is it that your group will want to meet (at least partly) in person? (estimate for today, understanding things can change) * W3C will make a decision in early April whether to hold any portion of TPAC 2022 in person. Here are some of the factors we will be monitoring up to that date: * The emergence of new variants. * Quarantine requirements for people traveling to and from Canada. * Trends in the 7-day average number of COVID cases. * Travel restrictions / policies of participants. * What other factors should we be considering?: * If your Group is somewhat likely to have the meeting, what is your current estimate number of participants for your group who would travel to Vancouver and who will attend remotely (ranges are ok)? * Any other comments Of course we can’t answer these without knowing what group members intentions are, so my questions to you are: * Assuming we have agenda items to warrant a meeting, and it goes ahead in person, would you most likely: * Attend in person? * Attend remotely? * Not attend? * Are there any decision factors you would like W3C to consider that aren’t on the current list above? * Do you have any other comments you’d like to make? I would suggest you respond directly to me and Gary but if you have something you want to share with the group feel free to do so, of course. Kind regards, Nigel
