palemieux has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/imsc: == NBG(R_i) counts transparent backgrounds == The quantity NBG(R<sub>i</sub>) counts `tts:backgroundColor` attributes even when the color is transparent, which should result in no drawing. `tts:backgroundColor` with transparent colors should be ignored.
