    Due to uncertainty about the evolution of the worldwide sanitary
    situation in the October/November time frame, we came to the conclusion
    that we will not be able to organize a physical nor a hybrid meeting.

    In agreement with group Chairs, W3C will move forward with planning a
    virtual TPAC 2021.

    We are now working on the schedule and the format of the event which
    will bring a maximum value to our global community. Further details will
