TTML2 2nd Ed IR

Hi all,

I looked again at the IR and noticed the following discrepancies. The
following files are listed in the IR and are present in the TTML2 test repo
but not listed in the tests.json (

Can we clarify if the tests.json files need to be updated to add them or if
these files should be removed from the repo and the IR?
