Thanks for this. I've just had a look at the minutes from TPAC<https://www.w3.org/2019/09/18-tt-minutes.html#x23>, where we discussed the plan for moving ahead. Glenn, you took the action to generate a list (document) of the changes since TTML2 1st Ed Rec to facilitate the Horizontal Review process. However I see that there are a bunch of newly opened pull requests in the last 15 hours: I don't want to wait another 2 weeks before beginning HR. Instead I would like to begin HR before concluding on those, if possible. Prior to that new bunch of pull requests, the remaining open pull requests under the 2ED-FPWD<https://github.com/w3c/ttml2/milestone/6> milestone were nearly all mergeable – the 14 day review period has a couple of days left to run on some of them. I'd like to propose that when that period is up, say on Monday, we merge the approved pull requests, then Glenn, if you could generate the list of changes merged up until that point, then I can use that to initiate the horizontal review of the ED. We can consider the newly opened pull requests later, and notify the horizontal review groups if we think there are any further significant changes. I think this matches the intent of our discussion in Fukuoka. Does this proposal work for you Glenn? If you feel strongly that one of these (now) 3e issues should be dealt with in 2e, then please post a comment in the issue requesting it be moved back to 2e. For the remaining 2e open issues, I have now posted PRs for all marked as substantive. I believe I can deal with the remainder as editorial changes, of which 9 are left that have no PR [2].
