Hi Nigel, I propose to make the decision where to have f2f meeting not final yet. We should agree on this in the group. Possibly we can discuss it at the beginning of the next TTWG Telco on Thursday 14th. Best regards, Andreas Von: Cyril Concolato <cconcolato@netflix.com> Gesendet: Montag, 11. Having a meeting in Fukuoka is not really convenient for me. I would prefer the European option as several meetings are located over there at about the same time (IBC, SMPTE). Looking at the results of the survey, it seems that except for W3C staff (which obviously will be at TPAC) and Eric, all the other members of the group would prefer meeting in Europe and the group might be small in Fukuoka. I am wondering if we could revisit this decision. Do we intend to have joint meetings at TPAC? Can we try to have these joint meetings earlier? If it helps, I've checked and Netflix is prepared to host a TTWG meeting in its Amsterdam office. It could be for example on Sept 17-18 or Sept 18-19, but other dates could also work.
