Upcoming DST switch: adjusting our Thursday meeting UTC start time

All,

as mentioned yesterday we need to work out what time to meet on Thursdays 14th, 21st and 28th March. I've put some information in https://github.com/w3c/ttwg/issues/29 and added two comments for an ad hoc vote. Please add your preference reactions to the two options using the [X]  button at the top of the relevant comment.

Of course you can add a comment if you have another proposal or comment to make.

I aim to finalise the decision on Tuesday next week when I prepare my agenda for the 7th March meeting (which for the avoidance of doubt will be scheduled at 1600 UTC). If there is a tie I'll use Chair's prerogative to make a call.
