That doesn’t make it specifiiable yet, tho. I don't follow: if it's been implemented and made replicable, it can be specified. I think it's a matter of priority and effort - if somebody puts the effort behind it and gets the support by the group, it will get done. I think it might be that "simple" in the end. :-) So, lobbying the CSS group to increase the priority on this feature would be a great thing for this group to do.
