== Remove COLON ':' from default prefix column of Table 5-1. ==
The COLON ':' character is not part of the prefix and should be removed lest it produce confusion on the part of the reader. This is an editorial change, since the definition of a namespace prefix does not include the COLON (see [XML Namespaces 1.0]).
