[ttml2] Add missing method "a combination of the prior mechanisms" in §5.2.1. (#1030)

skynavga has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2:

== Add missing method "a combination of the prior mechanisms" in §5.2.1. ==
In the 5th paragraph of §5.2.1, add "or (4) a combination of the prior mechanisms".

Also, for consistency, change "a combination of these two mechanisms" to "a combination of the prior mechanisms" in the 3rd paragraph.
