TTML in RTP IETF draft

All,

in case you have not subscribed to IETF datatracker updates, a new draft of the TTML in RTP specification has recently been uploaded to https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-sandford-payload-rtp-ttml/ alongside a message to the payload group that it addresses the concerns raised by TTWG. I believe that it does so, and would welcome any further input.

Incidentally, I believe it also addresses the queries regarding codecs signalling.
