Dear all, The topic of how ebutts:multirowAlign and ebutts:linePadding should be maintained in the future was discussed at our f2f on Feb 1. See the minutes for details: https://www.w3.org/2019/02/01-tt-minutes.html#item03 The below proposal was discussed (and from my understanding) was accepted: * From date X the vocabulary items ebutts:multirowAlign and ebutts:linePadding are controlled and maintained by W3C. * EBU will not make any further addition to the text of these items in future publications. * If these items will be included in future EBU specs, there will be a reference or duplication of the text as specified in IMSC X.X or TTML X.X. * The intent is to ease publication of clarifications and bug fixes in actively maintained specifications. * For adding new requirements to the features that are represented by these two items, new vocabulary in the TTML namespace should be considered. * If semantics needs to change, backward combability to the existing definitions should be a high priority. If you have a different understanding or additional comments please send them not later than Feb 22.
