Dear all,

 

After discussing this internally I will be volunteering to coordinate the
efforts and (if necessary) also volunteering to be the editor of a possible
new TTML module with this scope.

 

This is a response to the discussion at the f2f in Geneva (see
https://www.w3.org/2019/01/31-tt-minutes.html#item13).
