thank you for that. If we are to hit publication in 2019 we will need to publish the FPWD earlier, I'm not sure how much earlier...

With the TTML editor providing a First Public Working Draft on 3 June 2019 (as we agreed during the F2F)

CR publication: 08 Oct 2019
PR publication: 05 Dec 2019
REC publication: 09 Jan 2020
