Please take into consideration the following publication blackout periods in the second half of 2018. Times are in UTC(Z).

Deadline for publication requests before moratoria is strict; in the list below it is set to 24 hours prior to last publication day before moratorium.

Note: The automatic publishing system (Echidna) will remain operational during the moratoria.
