plehegar has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/imsc: == WCAG 2.1 instead of WCAG 2.0? == Did the Group consider using WCAG 2.1 as a reference instead of WCAG 2.0? Since the spec is using text alternative definition and that didn't change between 2.0 and 2.1, I'm wondering why not use the 2.1 REC (released in June 2018).
